White chocolate mousse with fresh vanilla, delicate cherry and pistachio cream, pistachio soft sponge without flour, almond and pistachio crumb (free from flour), white chocolate glaze.

Chocolate sponge from 70% chocolate, apricot jam, chocolate glaze made from bitter 70 % chocolate.

TORTA VENERE NERA

Chocolate mousse from 70% Guanaja chocolate, soft raspberry and hazelnut cream, hazelnuts and cocoa sponge cake, chocolate crumble with hazelnuts, glaze made from 70% Guanaja chocolate.

TORTA ESOTICA

Almond sponge cake Gioconda, coconut mousse, delicate cream from mango purée and passion fruit, mango - passion fruit glaze.

All cakes are prepared in a confectionery kitchen in La Bottega Tusarova and are approved by our Italian pastry chef Daniele Combi. Cakes can be purchased on site or can be ordered for special occasions and picked up in any Bottega.
