We are looking for dedicated deli specialist for our Italian bistro La Bottega Tusarova in Holešovice. Someone who will show and help our customers to explore the world of best Italian delicatessen.
LA BOTTEGA TUSAROVA
The bistro and shop created by Italian chef, Riccardo Lucque. Come and taste homemade bread from Altamura, salami, prosciutto, cheese, desserts and pasta with great Italian wines.
We offer a savoury or healthy breakfast, a daily lunch menu for 195 CZK and a choice of multi-course dinners from the menu. A full range of delicious dishes can be eaten on the spot or taken away with you.
We serve a pinsa romana - gourmet pizza, exclusively in Prague! Try a tasty and crispy pizza prepared from the recipe invented by the ancient Romans. There are 5 flavours to choose from, starting at 165 CZK.
La Bottega Tusarova is not only an Italian bistro with a shop, but it’s also where we produce all of our products from bread and pasta to desserts.
Our menu is changed every season and offers starters, soups, pasta and risotto and main courses made from seasonal products in organic quality.
Every week there will be a new lunch menu waiting for you. Choose from a two-course menu prepared for each weekday. The lunch menu with soup or a fresh salad from our salad bar of your choice, you can taste already for 195 CZK.
PEOPLE AND PRODUCTS
Owner and the chef Riccardo Lucque focuses mainly on import of typical Italian products that have not been introduced to the domestic market and organic products from small Italian suppliers.
The fresh pasta is home made and are produced in our shop, while all dry pasta is from Benedetto Cavalieri, who owns a factory for traditional Italian pasta. Native baker Mimmo, who comes from Altamura, bakes the genuine Italian bread. Cheese and olive oils are made by Vittorio Beltrami. Coffee is delivered by Gianni Frasi, a master of Italian coffee.
